Each year，numerous university graduates stop at a fork on the road to put their four years’ knowledge and experience into application. Lying ahead are two possible paths in two directions, leading to an unknown future: one is to work in a state-owned business and the other in a joint venture. The question never fails to confuse the youngsters.
Ideas conflict on the choice because choice is to be for advantages and against disadvantages, but no one knows which move is the best for the rest of life journey. For one thing, to work in a state-owned business means to be empowered with a stable position, a steady income and an easy working environment. For another thing, to work in a joint venture means to be equipped with a speedy pace of working and the rapid development of individual ability.
As for me, without a strong background, it is advisable to work in a joint venture rather than in a joint venture, because only in this way can I improve my capability , grow fast in the workforce and accumulate experience for the future.
